I’m Robyn Dalzen — intimacy coach, facilitator, and pleasure revolutionary. My work is at the intersection of mindfulness, consent, embodiment and sexuality. I help people feel at home in their body, create boundaries in all aspects of their lives, and deepen their joy.
I’m co-founder of the School of Consent with Dr. Betty Martin. I’ve worked with hundreds of people in workshops and private sessions, and have presented at Tantra and sexuality festivals across Europe and Australia.
Consent & Play: The Practice & Pleasure of Consent
This workshop is for anyone who is interested in learning more about themselves and improving the quality of their relationships – personal or professional, with lovers, friends, parents, children or colleagues. No prior experience necessary.
Through light-hearted and playful exchanges, you will have opportunities to practice connecting to your ‘yes’ and ‘no’, communicating what you want, and practice speaking up for your limits. This is where you get to put your consent skills to the test. The more you practice, the stronger your skills become and the more confident you feel and able to relax into your own pleasure.
You can come to Consent & Play to practice making requests, to have fun, or to practice saying or hearing a ‘no’. But most importantly, come to be you and to learn that you get to choose what you want and how you want it – and maybe even nothing at all.
The Mood Moves Us
Feel like all your emotions are right on the surface these days? Or maybe stuck in your body wanting to be expressed? How can you be with yourself and allow whatever emotional state you’re in to move through you? To express all the emotions you’re feeling — the loss, grief, hope, fear, peace, rage, and anticipation?
Through the power of music, slow sensual movement and breath we will bring eros into our every mood to love, befriend, and nurture our feelings, even those we might label as negative. These feelings are life passing through us — moment by moment, breath by breath. Learn tools to hold and embrace your precious self, whichever moody visitor appears.
